Fantastic Experience!
local restaurants helpful staff spacious room communal kitchen
I found the hotel located near local restaurants and a short walk to public transport. The staff were always helpful, which I appreciated a lot. My private room was spacious enough! Coffee and tea were always available, AMAZING!!! A communal room at the entrance provided computers and chargers. A communal kitchen let me cook my own meals.
The room was smaller than expected, though it still met my basic needs for a short stay.

The communal kitchen is well-equipped, it includes multiple fridges and a good amount of space for storage, fantastic. There are also computers and chargers available in the communal area near the entrance.

The hotel provided free coffee, a variety of teas, and flavored creamers, which I really enjoyed. There are numerous restaurants and bars located nearby, offering diverse culinary options at reasonable prices, AMAZING!!!

I found the front desk staff to be helpful and cute, especially Ingrid, who offered detailed directions and recommendations. The staff also provides free toiletries, including toothpaste, earplugs, and hygiene products.

missing reservation no compensation
The staff members were helpful. They gave free coffee, and cleaning stuff.
I booked a room. Upon arrival, I was told they did not have my reservation, even after showing them the confirmation email. They did not offer any compensation.

mold problem low ceiling
The location was acceptable and near the conference center.
I booked a room here, but the conditions were not good. The female dormitory had mold everywhere, and there was no space to sit up in the bed area because the ceiling was low. The photos did not show the reality.
